摘  要:本文分析了SGDJ-001新型助航灯光电缆套装接头的结构特点、性能,与其他电缆接头及其施工工艺进行了比较,分析了其优缺点。SGDJ-001新型助航灯光电缆套装接头可以解决目前因助航灯光电缆接头易引起的故障问题。SGDJ-001新型助航灯光电缆套装接头(包括插头和插座)采用特殊的结构工艺,灌装的主要原料有端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷、甲基硅油、聚醚多元醇等,配置快速低温固化催化剂,材料制备的双组份胶体,固化后同时具有优良的耐热性、附着力、电绝缘性和介电性能,能使助航灯光电缆接插头配件更加优良,解决了目前机场行业中,助航灯光电缆接头质量不稳定、施工制作效率低下等问题。经测试,本文介绍的这种新型助航灯光电缆接头及其工艺,其结构和电气性能均符合《MH/T6009-2016助航灯光电缆插头和插座》标准。胶体的粘接力性能、电绝缘性能、固化时间和高低温度性能,均可以满足不同使用场景及环境[1]。This essay analyzes the structural characteristics and performance of SGDJ-001 new type navigation lighting cable set connector,compares it with other cable connectors and their construction technologies,and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages.SGDJ-001 new navigation lighting cable set connector can solve the malfunction problem of the current navigation light cable connector.SGDJ-001 new navigation lighting cable set connector(including plug and socket)adopts special structural techniques.The main raw materials for filling are hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane,methyl silicone oil,polyether polyol,etc.It is equipped with rapid low-temperature curing catalyst and two-component colloid for material preparation.After curing,it has excellent heat resistance,adhesion,electrical insulation and dielectric properties,and can make the connector accessories of navigation lighting cables better.The new connector solves the problems of unstable quality and low construction eficicncy of current airport navigation light cable connector.After testing,the structure and electrical performance of this new type navigation lighting cable set connector are compliant with the"MH/T6009-2016 Navigation Light Cable Plugs and Sockets"standard.Its colloid's adhesive performance,electrical insulation performance,curing time and high and low temperature performance can meet different usage environments[1].
