摘　　要：通过对北京某三甲专科医院全部一级科室负责人的问卷调查和深度访谈,全面了解医院临床医技科室和行政职能部门对法律服务的认知情况以及医疗纠纷、非医疗纠纷的法律服务需求。调查结果显示,中层管理干部法律意识整体提升,医疗纠纷的防范与化解是医院对法律服务需求的主旋律。同时,非医疗类的法律纠纷处理及法律服务需求也不容忽视。研究结合国家政策要求与医院实际情况,提出了推进医院法治建设的建议与措施。医院对法律服务的需求大幅提升,应重视法治建设在医院高质量发展过程中的作用。Through the questionnaire survey and in-depth interview of all the heads of first-level departments in a tertiary grade-A specialist hospital in Beijing,the cognition of clinical medical technology departments and administrative functional departments of the hospital on legal services and the demand for legal services in medical disputes and non-medical disputes were comprehensively learnt.The survey results showed that the legal consciousness of middle management cadres was improved overall,and the prevention and resolution of medical disputes were the main melody of the demand for legal services in hospitals.At the same time,the need for non-medical legal disputes and legal services couldn't be ignored.Based on the national policy requirements and the actual situation of hospitals,this paper put forward some suggestions and measures to promote the construction of the rule of law in hospitals.The demand for legal services in hospitals had increased significantly,and the role of rule of law construction in the high-quality development of hospitals should be emphasized.
