摘 要:为了探索适合高校附属医院年轻干部选拔、培养、考核机制与路径,为年轻干部选拔任用工作提出建议,本研究以某高校附属三级甲等肿瘤专科医院年轻干部选拔任用工作为例,通过文献研究、定性研究和定量研究,分析该专科医院年轻干部选拔任用工作的现状,探索医院选拔任用年轻干部的机制。研究结果显示该医院对年轻干部的选拔、任用和培养工作十分重视,已经建立了系统完备、科学规范、有效管用的年轻干部选拔培养考核制度和机制,以保障医院高质量发展需要,为医院的长远发展提供有力的干部人才支撑。In order to explore the mechanism and path of selection,training and assessment of young cadres suitable for the affiliated hospitals of colleges and universities,and put forward suggestions for the selection and appointment of young cadres,this study took the selection and appointment of young cadres in a tertiary grade-A cancer hospital affiliated to a university as an example,analyzed its current situation of the selection and appointment of young cadres through literature research,qualitative research and quantitative research,and explored the mechanism of selecting and appointing young cadres in hospitals.The research results showed that the hospital attached great importance to the selection,appointment and training of young cadres,and had established a systematic,scientific,standardized,effective and effective young cadre selection and training assessment system and mechanism to ensure the high-quality development needs of the hospital and provide strong cadre and talent support for the long-term development of the hospital.
