摘  要:受海上平台空间、作业成本、注水水源、施工工艺等条件限制,如何高效注水开发陆丰油田古近系低渗高温深层储层面临挑战。以陆丰油田古近系储层试验井为例,开展了注水可行性分析,优选了合适的水源层位和注入层;采用了同井自源类水层补充地层能量的自源闭式注水工艺,研发的配套配水器可满足调节扭矩≤5 N·m、耐压差35 MPa,测调仪器可满足耐温175℃、耐压60 MPa的性能要求,实现了海上平台深层一井多用、无须地面设备的注水新方式;采用了电缆传输的爆燃压裂工艺,实现快速、高效作业,措施的时间控制在14 h以内,时效提高10倍以上,火药密度超过6 kg/m;通过强溶缓速酸酸化复合增效。自源闭式强化注水技术已在陆丰油田试验井M10井取得成功应用,注水高效,受效井增产降水效果明显。本文研究成果有效拓展了注水技术在低渗、深层、高温储层中的应用,可为类似储层规模开发提供借鉴。Efficient water injection development of low permeability and high temperature deep reservoirs in the Paleogene of Lufeng oilfield is facing challenges due to limitations such as offshore platform space,operational costs,water injection sources,and construction techniques.In this study,a feasibility analysis of water injection using the Paleogene reservoir test well in Lufeng oilfield is conducted as an example.The most suitable water sources and injection layers are selected based on our analysis.The self source closed water injection is used to supplement formation energy with self-source water layers in the same well.A supporting water distributor has been developed to meet the performance requirements of regulating torque less than 5 N·m and pressure difference of 35 MPa.The measuring and adjusting instrument can withstand temperatures up to 175℃and pressures up to 60 MPa.A new method of water injection has been implemented for offshore platforms with multiple deep wells,eliminating the need for surface equipment.The explosive fracturing process using cable transmission is adopted to achieve fast and efficient operation.The duration of the measures should be controlled within 14 hours,with an increase of more than 10 times in timeliness and a powder density exceeding 6 kg/m.Strong solubility and slow acidification are utilised to enhance composite efficiency.The self-source closed enhanced water injection technology has been successfully applied in the experimental Well M10 of Lufeng oilfield,resulting in high water injection efficiency,significant increase in production,and precipitation of the affected well.This paper effectively broadens the application of water injection technology in low-permeability,deep and high-temperature reservoirs,and provides reference for the large-scale development of similar reservoirs.
