摘  要:探讨“酶、植物提取物和益生菌”复方制剂对巴马香猪生长性能、血清生化指标和抗氧化指标的影响,为“酶、植物提取物和益生菌”复方制剂的科学应用提供参考。试验选取健康状况相近的3月龄巴马香猪60头,平均体重15 kg左右,公母随机,分为对照组、试验1组和试验2组,每组20头巴马香猪,每组4个重复,每个重复5头。其中对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1组饲喂基础日粮+100 g/kg植物提取物,试验2组饲喂基础日粮+100 g/kg“酶、植物提取物和益生菌”复方制剂,试验为期28 d。测定各组猪只的生长性能、血清生化指标和抗氧化指标。结果表明,“酶、植物提取物和益生菌”复方制剂能提高巴马香猪的生长性能、机体免疫力和抗氧化能力。To explore the effects of compound preparation of“enzyme,plant extract and probiotics”on growth performance,serum biochemical index and antioxidant index of Bama Xiang pig,so as to provide reference basis for the scientific application of compound preparation of“enzyme,plant extract and probiotics”.A total of 603-month-old Bama Xiang pigs with an average body weight of about 15 kg were randomly divided into control group(n=20),group 1(n=20)and group 2(n=5).The control group was fed with the basal diet,the experimental group 1 was fed with plant extracts of 100g/kg herbal medicine,and the experimental group 2 was fed with the compound preparation of basal diet+100g/kg“enzyme,plant extract and probiotics”for 28 days.The growth performance index,serum biochemical index and antioxidant index of pigs in each group were determined.The results showed that the compound preparation of“enzyme,plant extract and probiotics”could improve the growth performance,immunity and antioxidation of Bama Xiang pigs.
