摘 要:随着科技的快速发展,智能化技术正在逐渐渗透各个领域,饲料加工设备行业也不例外。在当前的背景下,我国饲料加工设备行业虽然基本普及了机械化生产,但自动控制技术水平普遍偏低,饲料加工智能化则正在快速崛起。基于此,本文首先概述了当前饲料加工设备行业的现状,指出其存在的问题和面临的挑战。然后探讨在智能化背景下我国饲料加工设备应如何发展,提出提高自动控制水平和建设智能化加工厂等发展方向。最后,讨论实现这些发展方向所需的具体措施,包括提升自动化水平、加强智能化饲料加工的认识理解和应用推广以及加大资源投入等。通过相关研究,希望为饲料加工设备行业的智能化发展提供有价值的参考和借鉴。With the rapid development of science and technology,intelligent technology is gradually infiltrating into various industries,and the feed processing machinery and equipment industry is no exception.In the current background,although China's feed processing machinery and equipment industry has basically popularized mechanized production,but the level of automatic control technology is still generally low,and intelligent feed processing is rising rapidly.Based on this paper,First,the current situation of the feed processing machinery and equipment industry will be summarized,and the existing problems and challenges will be pointed out.Then,it discusses the development of how to develop the feed processing machinery and equipment under the background of intelligence,and puts forward the development direction of improving the level of automatic control and the construction of intelligent processing plants.Finally,the specific measures needed to realize these development directions are discussed,including improving the level of automation,strengthening the understanding and application of intelligent feed processing,and increasing the resource input.Through relevant research,we hope to provide valuable reference and reference for the intelligent development of feed processing machinery and equipment industry.
