摘　　要：在信息化时代的背景下,网络舆情已经成为引领社会舆论走向的一种革命性、主导性力量,网络舆情监测预警工作成为当前研究的重点。构建网络舆情监测预警指标体系,要结合网络舆情的内涵、特点和传播规律,密切联系当前网络舆情监测预警工作实际,选取具有代表性和敏感性的指标,运用层次分析法确定各级指标权重,从而科学预测网络舆情发展趋势,实现对网络舆情危机事件的超前预控,为公安机关提高监测预警功能提供理论支持。In the information age,network public opinion has become a revolutionary and dominant force leading the trend of public opinion,and the research on monitoring and early warning of network public opinion has become the focus.The construction of network public opinion monitoring and early warning indicators should combine the connotation,characteristics and propagation rules of network public opinion,closely link with the current work practice,select representative and sensitive indicators,and use the analytic hierarchy to determine the proportion of indicators at all levels,so as to scientifically predict the development trend of network public opinion,realize the pre-control of crisis events,and provide theoretical support for public security organs.
