鹿瓜多肽注射液联合常规西药治疗类风湿关节炎的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:系统评价鹿瓜多肽注射液联合常规西药治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效,为临床治疗提供循证依据。方法:计算机检索PubMed、The Cochrane Library、Embase、Web of Science、中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献服务系统等数据库,搜集鹿瓜多肽注射液联合常规西药治疗类风湿关节炎的随机对照试验,检索时限均为建库至2023年1月5日,由2名研究人员进行文献筛选和资料提取后,采用RevMan 5.3进行偏倚风险评价和Meta分析。结果:共纳入14篇文献,1 285例患者。Meta分析结果显示,试验组关节视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分[MD=-2.58,95%CI(-5.02,-0.13)]、关节肿胀数目[MD=-2.08,95%CI(-3.25,-0.91)]、握力[MD=1.63,95%CI(0.31,2.96)]、晨僵时长[MD=-0.61,95%CI(-1.05,-0.18)]、红细胞沉降率[MD=-2.15,95%CI(-3.72,-0.58)]、C反应蛋白[MD=-1.42,95%CI(-2.74,-0.11)]、类风湿因子[MD=-4.39,95%CI(-7.95,-0.82)]均优于对照组,且不良反应较少,P <0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:鹿瓜多肽注射液联合常规西药治疗类风湿关节炎疗效佳,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy of cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,and to provide an evidence-based basis for clinical treatment.Methods:PubMed,The Cochrane Library,Embase,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,SinoMed databases were searched by computer to collect randomized controlled trials of cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,and the search period was from the construction time of each database to January5,2023,and RevMan 5.3 was used for bias assessment and Meta-analysis after literature screening and data extraction by two members.Results:A total of 14 articles with 1285 patients were included.Meta-analysis showed that the experimental group had a joint VAS score[MD=-2.58,95%CI(-5.02,-0.13)],number of joint swelling[MD=-2.08,95%CI(-3.25,-0.91)],grip strength [MD=1.63,95%CI(0.31,2.96)],duration of morning stiffness[MD=-0.61,95%CI(-1.05,-0.18)],erythrocyte sedimentation rate [MD=-2.15,95%CI(-3.72,-0.58)],C-reactive protein [MD=-1.42,95%CI(-2.74,-0.11)],rheumatoid factor [MD=-4.39,95%CI(-7.95,-0.82)] were better than the control group with fewer adverse reactions,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection combined with conventional western medicine has good efficacy on rheumatoid arthritis,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
