凉血化瘀中药汤剂治疗免疫性血小板减少性紫癜的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:对于免疫性血小板减少性紫癜,分析凉血化瘀中药汤剂的应用价值,旨在为临床免疫性血小板减少性紫癜提供更多治疗依据。方法:选用2020年1月-2021年12月到邳州市人民医院接受诊治的免疫性血小板减少性紫癜患儿为研究主体,共计纳入45例患儿,分为对照组20例(激素治疗)和研究组25例(凉血化瘀中药汤剂治疗)。观察对比两组患儿临床疗效、安全性与血清指标变化差异。结果:两组患儿接受不同治疗方案,随访3个月后发现,研究组治疗效果显著,更加理想,治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分析治疗方案对血清指标的影响,研究组患儿治疗后血小板计数显著高于对照组,研究组患儿治疗后白细胞介素-2表达水平低于对照组,研究组白细胞介素-4表达水平高于对照组,研究组免疫球蛋白A表达水平高于对照组,研究组患儿免疫球蛋白M表达水平高于对照组,研究组患儿免疫球蛋白G表达水平高于对照组,研究组患儿治疗后各项指标表达水平显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。对比探讨两组治疗方案不良反应发生率,发现差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:免疫性血小板减少性紫癜会对儿童健康成长产生负面影响,中药汤剂治疗注重整体治疗准则,可提高临床疗效,有助于促进患儿病情转归,临床可进一步推广运用。Objective:To analyze the application value of Chinese materia medica of cooling blood and eliminating stagnated blood on immune thrombocytopenic purpura,in order to provide more references for clinical treatment.Methods:A total of 45 children with immune thrombocytopenic purpura who were treated in Pizhou People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into the control group(20 cases)and the study group(25 cases).The clinical efficacy,and the changes ofO safety and serum indexes were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:Children in the two groups received different treatment plans,after 3 months of followed-up,the treatment effect in the study group was obvious and more ideal,and the total efficiency in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the expression levels of platelet count,interleukin-4,immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin M and immunoglobulin G in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the expression level of interleukin-2 in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The expression levels of all the above indexes in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Chinese materia medica for cooling blood and eliminating stagnated blood on immune thrombocytopenic purpura can improve the clinical efficacy and promote the prognosis of the disease,which can be further popularized and used in clinic.
