清热类中成药治疗新型冠状病毒感染有效性及安全性的网状Meta分析

摘　　要：目的 基于网状Meta分析方法评价不同中成药治疗新型冠状病毒感染的有效性及安全性,为新型冠状病毒感染的临床用药提供循证依据。方法 计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(万方数据)、维普网数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(Sinomed)、PubMed、Embase等,检索有关中成药治疗新型冠状病毒感染的临床随机对照试验,检索时间为2019年1月1日—2022年9月1日。采用Cochrane偏倚风险评估工具对纳入的研究进行质量评价。应用RevMan 5.4进行传统Meta分析,Addis进行网状Meta分析,运用Stata 17.0绘制漏斗图及累积排序概率曲线下面积。结果 最终纳入文献24篇,涉及4种中成药(连花清瘟制剂、血必净、痰热清制剂、疏风解毒制剂)。网状Meta分析结果表明:在总有效率方面,痰热清制剂+常规西药治疗>疏风解毒制剂+常规西药治疗>连花清瘟制剂+常规西药治疗>血必净+常规西药治疗>常规西药治疗;在CT好转率方面,血必净+常规西药治疗>疏风解毒制剂+常规西药治疗>连花清瘟制剂+常规西药治疗>痰热清制剂+常规西药治疗>常规西药治疗;在退热时间方面,血必净+常规西药治疗>疏风解毒制剂+常规西药治疗>痰热清制剂+常规西药治疗>连花清瘟制剂+常规西药治疗>常规西药治疗;在咳嗽消失时间方面,痰热清制剂+常规西药治疗>连花清瘟制剂+常规西药治疗>疏风解毒制剂+常规西药治疗>常规西药治疗;在乏力消失时间方面,血必净+常规西药治疗>连花清瘟制剂+常规西药治疗>疏风解毒制剂+常规西药治疗>常规西药治疗;在淋巴细胞计数方面,血必净+常规西药治疗>疏风解毒制剂+常规西药治疗>连花清瘟制剂+常规西药治疗>常规西药治疗;在白细胞计数方面,疏风解毒制剂+常规西药治疗>连花清瘟制剂+常规西药治疗>血必净+常规西药治疗>常规西药治疗;在安全性方面,中成药联合常规�Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of different Chinese patent medicines in the treatment of COVID-19 based on network Meta-analysis method,and to provide evidence-based basis for clinical medication of COVID-19.Methods Even databases including CNKI,Wanfang data,VIP,Sinomed,PubMed,Embase were searched,and randomized controlled trials(RCTs) from January 1,2019 to September 1,2022 in each database.The methodological quality of the included studies was evaluated using the Cochrane of Bias tool.Traditional Meta analysis was applied with RevMan 5.4,and the data were analyzed using Addis and Stata 17.0.Results 24 studies were finally included,involving 4 kinds of Chinese patent medicines(Lianhua Qingwen,Xuebijing,Tanreqing,Shufeng Jiedu).The results of network Meta-analysis showed that:in terms of effective rate,Tanreqing+Western medicine>Shufeng Jiedu+Western medicine>Lianhua Qingwen+Western medicine>Xuebijing+Western medicine>conventional Western medicine treatment;In terms of CT improvement rate,Xuebijing+Western medicine >Shufeng Jiedu+Western medicine>Lianhua Qingwen+Western medicine>Tanreqing+Western medicine>conventional Western medicine treatment;In terms of fever disappearance time,Xuebijing+Western medicine>Shufeng Jiedu+Western medicine>Tanreqing+Western medicine>Lianhua Qingwen+Western medicine>conventional Western medicine treatment;In terms of cough disappearance time,Tanreqing+Western medicine>Lianhua Qingwen+Western medicine>Shufeng Jiedu+Western medicine>conventional Western medicine treatment;In terms of the disappearance time of fatigue,Xuebijing+Western medicine>Lianhua Qingwen+Western medicine>Shufeng Jiedu+Western medicine>conventional Western medicine treatment;In terms of lymphocyte value recovery,Xuebijing+Western medicine>Shufeng Jiedu+Western medicine>Lianhua Qingwen+Western medicine>conventional Western medicine treatment;In terms of white blood cell value recovery,Shufeng Jiedu+Western medicine>Lianhua Qingwen+Western medicine>Xuebijing+Western medicine>conventional Western medic
