郑氏“金钩钓鱼”针法临床研究进展

摘　　要：“金钩钓鱼”针法是甘肃郑氏针法学术流派传承的特色手法,是“西北针王”郑魁山教授的父亲郑毓琳老先生借鉴前人经验并结合自己临床实践所创立的郑氏家传经验手法之一,具有舒筋活络、通经止痛、散结消瘀的作用,临床上用于一切气滞血瘀型病症。“金钩钓鱼”针法相较于普通针刺具有取穴少、疗效好、气感强、更易气至病所等优势。文章从针法操作和临床应用两个大的方面总结了近十几年来“金钩钓鱼”针法的操作要点与临床应用规律和特点,着重突出了“金钩钓鱼”针法目前在临床上应用广泛,发现本针刺手法治疗疾病具有良好的临床疗效且治疗病种多样,其中腰椎间盘突出症、肩周炎、面瘫、耳鸣耳聋、中风后瘫痪等疾病为本针法的优势病种。文章将治疗的主要疾病进行系统分类,发现主要集中于运动系统、神经系统、消化系统、泌尿生殖系统等四个大的方面。同时也指出“金钩钓鱼”针法的优势及目前使用本针法存在的问题,如部分临床对照试验研究设计不合理、观察指标少、缺乏关于“金钩钓鱼”针法的动物实验研究报道,今后应加强这些方面的学习,进行大样本、设计合理、观察指标客观的临床对照研究,开展关于“金钩钓鱼”针法机理研究的动物实验,为进一步推广该手法提供参考。“Jingou Diaoyu”(“ 金钩钓鱼 ”) acupuncture technique is a characteristic technique inherited by ZHENG's academic school of acupuncture in Gansu Province.It is one of the empirical techniques of ZHENG's family established by Mr.ZHENG Yulin,the father of Professor ZHENG Kuishan,the “Northwest Acupuncture King”,based on the experience of predecessors and his own clinical practice.It has the effect of relaxing tendons and activating collages,relieving pain through regulating meridians,dispersing congealing and eliminating blood stasis.Clinically,it is used for all diseases of Qi(气) stagnation and blood stasis.Compared with ordinary acupuncture,“Jingou Diaoyu” acupuncture method has the advantages of less acupoint selection,better curative effect,stronger sense of Qi and easier access to the disease place.This paper summarizes the operation key points,and clinical application rules and characteristics of “Jingou Diaoyu” acupuncture in recent ten years from two major aspects of acupuncture operation and clinical application,emphasizing that “Jingou Diaoyu” acupuncture is widely used in clinical practice,and it is found that this acupuncture technique has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of diseases and treats a variety of diseases.Among them,this acupuncture method has advantage in treating diseases of lumbar disc herniation,scapulohumeral periarthritis,facial paralysis,tinnitus,deafness and paralysis after stroke.In the paper,the relevant diseases are systematically classified,and it is found that they are mainly in the motor system,nervous system,digestive system,urogenital system and so on.At the same time,it also points out the advantages of “Jingou Diaoyu” acupuncture method and the existing problems in the use of this acupuncture method,such as some clinical controlled studies with unreasonable experimental design,few observational indicators,and lack of animal experimental research reports on “Jingou Diaoyu” acupuncture method.In the future,it is necessary to strengthe
