水库工程设计概算编制探讨

摘　　要：设计概算是水利建设工程初步设计文件中的重要模块,也是进行工程建设投资规模确定的主要依据。随着水库工程在国民经济建设及农业生产中重要性的不断凸显,建设单位对工程设计阶段投资规模控制的要求不断提高。基于此,以某水库工程为例,从编制依据、基础单价确定、费用取费标准确定以及建筑工程、交通及配套管理设施工程、设备及安装工程等方面对其设计概算编制流程展开分析探讨,保证了设计概算的准确,也为编制水库工程建设项目投资计划、确定和控制工程投资提供了依据。The design budget estimation is an important module in the preliminary design document of water conservancy construction projects.It is also the main basis for determining the investment scale of engineering construction.With the increasing importance of reservoir engineering in national economic construction and agricultural production,the requirements of construction units for investment scale control in the engineering design stage are constantly increasing.Based on this background,taking a specific reservoir project as an example,the preparation process of its design budget estimate is analyzed and discussed from the aspects of preparation basis,basic unit price determination,cost collection standard determination,construction engineering,transportation and supporting management facilities engineering,equipment and installation engineering,etc.,which ensures the accuracy of the design budget estimate.It also provides the basis for the preparation of the investment plan,the determination and controlling the engineering investment.
