摘　　要：智能卡芯片的贯穿性裂纹失效模式,可能由单一因素引起,也可能是多种因素共同作用的结果,本文专门就造成智能卡贯穿性裂纹失效的多种因素进行分析。The failure mode of penetrating cracks in smart card chips may be caused by a single factor or the result of a combination of multiple factors.This article specifically analyzes the multiple factors that cause the failure of penetrating cracks in smart cards.
