摘　　要：针对美术与设计类高职院校教学工作的内在特点,为了创造更匹配的育人模式,在美术与设计类高职院校的教学管理实践中,通过充分分析美术与设计类高职院校的生源以及学生特点,并在教学管理实践中总结出经验与规律,从而提高了教学工作的有效性,能更好地进行人才培养。According to the teaching characteristics of art and design vocational colleges,in order to create a more matching education mode;in the teaching management practice of art and design vocational colleges,by fully analyzing the characteristics of students and characteristics,and summarize the experience and rules,thus improves the effectiveness of teaching work,better talent training.
