摘  要:言据性是体现人际意义的语言手段之一,是指作者对信息来源及其可靠程度的说明。从言据性视角探讨英语学术写作的人际意义有助于学习者提高学术写作能力。以证素的知识来源和认知方式为基础,考察学术写作中证素的分布和使用特点,可以为学术写作提供教学启示。研究发现,证素的分布和使用主要涉及如何引入话题、陈述他方或己方态度、归纳事实和假设命题;证素存在交叉和混合使用的情况;证素的合理使用有助于学习者清楚表达态度、说明信息来源。Evidentiality refers to one of linguistic means realizing interpersonal meanings,and is about the writer’s expression of information source along with its reliability.It is helpful for learners to improve their academic writing proficiency through the exploration of interpersonal meanings in academic writing from the perspective of evidentiality.This study takes knowledge source and cognitive ways of evidentials as the research basis,and then examines the features of distribution and use of evidentials in academic writing,hoping to provide pedagogical implications for academic writing.The findings show that the distribution and use of evidentials mainly involve how to introduce the topic,articulate the attitudes of others or authors,induce facts and hypothesize propositions;that there are shifted and blended uses of evidentials;and that the reasonable use of evidentials can help learners to explicitly convey attitudes and state the information source.
