摘 要:随着正压呼吸防护装备的设计向轻量化方向发展,面罩的厚度逐渐降低,在实际的使用过程中,送风系统产生的进气流量导致面罩存在变形的问题。为研究不同材质的呼吸防护面罩的抗变形能力,采用流固耦合数值模拟及实验验证的方法,分析PP、PET、PVC 3种材质对进气流量的抗变形能力,并且,结合不同环境温度对面罩变形量的影响进行综合分析。结果表明,进气量对PP材料的影响较大,PVC次之,PET变形程度最小;在380 L/min的进气流量下,PP变形量约为3.7 mm,PET变形量约为1.6 mm;除此以外,在不同环境温度下,对3种材料进行变形分析发现,环境温度对PVC的影响较大,PP次之,PET变形程度最小。综合以上分析结果,选择PET材料作为正压呼吸面罩材料。With the lightweight design process of positive pressure respiratory protection equipment,the thickness of the mask was also reduced,so in the actual use process the air inlet flow generated by the air supply system would make the mask have deformation problems.In order to investigate the deformation resistance of different materials of respiratory protection masks,the deformation resistance of three materials,PP,PET and PVC,to the air inlet flow was investigated based on numerical simulation and experimental verification,and the effect of different ambient temperatures on the deformation of the mask was also analysed.The results showed that PP material was more influenced by the air inlet flow rate,followed by PVC,and PET deformation was the smallest;under the 380 L/min air inlet flow rate,the deformation of PP was about 3.7 mm,and the deformation of PET was about 1.6 mm;in addition,the deformation analysis of the three different materials under different ambient temperature conditions,PVC was more influenced by temperature,followed by PP,and PET deformation was the smallest.In addition,the deformation analysis of the three different materials under different ambient temperature conditions showed that PVC was more affected by temperature,PP was second and PET was the smallest.
