摘 要:氢燃料电池(PEMFC)是清洁和可再生能源的重要发展目标,其内部密封系统的可靠性设计直接影响了整个燃料电池的长期稳定运行。因此,设计并制备了满足PEMFC密封要求的含固、液2种类型三元乙丙橡胶的复合密封材料。基于该复合材料的制备,采用自主开发的软件筛选出3种高精度的超弹性本构方程。采用有限元方法计算构建的PEMFC单电池模型的接触压力,得到了更合理的Lambert-Diani-Rey超弹性本构模型。另外,提出了4种截面形状的密封结构,压力分布规律表明,圆角梯形截面密封结构具有明显优势。利用正交试验设计筛选出圆角梯形截面密封件底边长度与倒角尺寸分别为2.4 mm×0.9 mm,同时满足密封和最大平均接触应力要求。Hydrogen fuel cell(PEMFC)was an important development goal for clean and renewable energy,and the reliability design of its internal sealing system was directly related to the long-term stable operation of the entire fuel cell.This study designed and prepared a composite sealing material based on solid and liquid types of EPDM rubber that meet the sealing requirements of PEMFC.Based on the stress-strain experiments of composite materials,three kinds of hyperelastic constitutive equation with high accuracy were screened out by using self-developed software.The finite element method was used to calculate the contact pressure of the PEMFC single cell model,and a more reasonable Lambert Diani Rey hyperelastic constitutive model was selected.This constitutive model was used to study the pressure distribution patterns of four cross-sectional shapes of PEMFC proposed by us.The simulation results showed that the rounded trapezoidal sealing structure had obvious advantages.Select appropriate bottom edge length and top chamfer size of circular trapezoidal crosssection seals through orthogonal experimental design,which could better meet the sealing requirements.The size combination of sealing parts with width×schamfer size of 2.4 mm×0.9 mm could meet both the requirements of sealling and maximum average contact pressure at the same time.
