浙江省山区26县高质量发展中绿色文化传播的路径研究

摘　　要：浙江省山区26县的高质量发展,是浙江省积极落实中央要求建设共同富裕示范区的关键点和突破口。以“碳达峰”“碳中和”为目标的生态文明建设是实现乡村振兴战略的重要枢纽,而绿色文化传播是生态文明建设中不可或缺的模块。浙江省山区26县绿色文化传播是传统媒体、新媒体与其他渠道共同发力的过程,具有新旧媒体融合、由单向传播到互动发声、由定时定点传播到突破时空限制、传播形式日趋多元化等特点,也存在着宣传队伍力量薄弱、监管力度不够、缺少互动平台等问题。为此提出,要发挥多元主体传播作用,将传播与经营相结合;数字赋能山区生态建设,强化绿色文化传播意识;加强绿色文化传播监管,完善互动机制建设的建议。The high-quality development of 26 counties in the mountainous areas of Zhejiang Province is the key point and breakthrough for Zhejiang to carry out the central requirement to build a demonstration zone of common prosperity.The construction of ecological civilization with the goal of“carbon peak”and“carbon neutral”is an important hub for the realization of the strategy of rural revitalization and the dissemination of green culture is an indispensable module in the construction of ecological civilization.The transmission of green culture in 26 counties in Zhejiang mountainous areas is a process of joint efforts of traditional media,new media and other channels.It has the characteristics of integration of new and old media,one-way transmission to interactive voice,regular and fixed transmission to breakthrough of time and space constraints and increasingly diversified transmission forms.However,there are some problems such as the weak propaganda team,insufficient supervision and lack of interactive platform.It is proposed to give full play to the role of multi-subject communication to combine communication with management,digital empowers ecological construction in mountainous areas to strengthens the awareness of green culture transmission,strengthen the supervision of green culture dissemination to improve the construction of interactive mechanism.
