摘　　要：随着人口老龄化程度的加深,长期护理保险作为规避老年人长期护理风险的主要金融工具得到越来越多的关注。通过文献梳理发现,我国以长期护理保险为主题的研究经历了护理、长期护理、长期护理保险和医养结合四个阶段,研究内容从纯医学角度向失能特点、影响因素、保险需求、制度建设以及养老(服务)模式等方向过渡。随着长期护理保险试点工作的推进,学者们开始从个人、家庭和社会三个层面对试点效果进行评估,但是评估的方向较窄而且结果具有不一致性,需要进一步扩展和完善。因此,需要在已有结果的基础上,从长期护理保险健康发展的角度展望未来的研究方向。With the deepening of population aging,the risk of long-term care is increasing.As the main financial instrument to avoid the risk of long-term care,long-term care insurance has attracted more and more attention.By combing the literature on long-term care insurance in China,it is found that the research on long-term care insurance in China has experienced four stages:nursing,long-term care,long-term care insurance,and the combination of medical care and nursing,showing a gradual development trend.The research content is from the perspective of pure medicine to the direction of disability characteristics,influencing factors,insurance demand,system construction,and pension(service)modes.With the advancement of the pilot project of long-term care insurance,the pilot effect has been evaluated from three aspects:individual,family,and society.However,the evaluation directions are narrow and the results are inconsistent,which needs to be further expanded and improved.Based on the existing results,this paper prospects the future research direction from the healthy development direction of long-term care insurance.
