摘　　要：良性前列腺增生(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)是以下尿路症状(lower urinary tract symptoms,LUTS)为特征的中老年男性常见慢性疾病,严重影响患者生活质量。BPH现有的各种治疗手段仍存在一定的局限性,积极探索新的有效治疗措施提高疗效是亟待解决的问题。宁泌泰胶囊来源于苗族经典验方,具有清热解毒、利湿通淋的功效,可针对湿热蕴结证BPH引起的LUTS发挥治疗作用。多个指南及专家共识均已提出将宁泌泰胶囊作为改善BPH临床症状的主要用药。因此,本专家共识旨在指导临床医师合理、规范的使用宁泌泰胶囊,充分发挥中医药在BPH治疗中的应用优势。Benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)is a common chronic disease in middle-aged and elderly men characterized by lower urinary tract symptoms(LUTS),which seriously affects their quality of life.The existing various treatment methods for BPH still have limitations,so actively exploring new effective treatment measures for BPH and improving efficacy are urgent issues that need to be addressed.The prescription of Ningmitai Capsules(宁泌泰胶囊)is derived from the classic formula of the Miao ethnic group,which has the effects of clearing heat,detoxifying,promoting diuresis,and relieving gonorrhea.Ningmitai Capsules can exert therapeutic effects on LUTS caused by BPH in damp heat accumulation syndrome.Multiple guidelines and expert consensus have proposed that using Ningmitai Capsules as the main medication to improve clinical symptoms of BPH.Therefore,this expert consensus aims to guide clinical doctors in the rational and standardized use of Ningmitai Capsules,and give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of BPH.
