摘　　要：中西医结合日益深入,中西药联用日渐普遍。在临床诊疗过程中,中药与化学药各具优势,各有特色,二者合理联用则能够取长补短、减毒增效、趋利避害、缩短疗程,但二者不合理联用也在临床用药的有效性和安全性方面产生了新的挑战。目前感染性疾病的治疗面临着世界性难题,而中西医联合防治为解决问题的有效途径之一。通过对中药与化学药联用治疗感染性疾病的有效性与安全性进行总结分析,以评价二者临床联用的优势与风险。同时结合药理学及中药的现代化研究成果进行相关机制探索,提出促进中药与化学药合理联用的思考,为临床上中药与化学药联用治疗感染性疾病提供参考。The integration of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and chemical medicine is becoming increasingly profound,and the combination of TCM and chemical drugs is becoming more common.In the clinical diagnosis and treatment process,both TCM and chemical drugs have their own advantages and characteristics.Reasonable use of the combination could complement each other’s strengths,reduce toxicity,enhance efficacy,seek benefits and avoid harm,and shorten treatment duration.However,the irrational use of this combination could also pose new challenges to the safety and effectiveness of clinical medication.Currently,the treatment of infectious diseases is a worldwide challenge,and the combination of TCM and chemical medicine is considered one of the effective approaches to address these challenges.This study summarizes and analyzes the effectiveness and safety of the combined use of TCM and chemical drugs in the treatment of infectious diseases,so as to evaluate the advantages and risks of their clinical combination.Simultaneously,by integrating pharmacology and modern research findings on TCM,relevant mechanisms will be explored,and considerations for promoting the rational combination of TCM and chemical drugs will be presented.Ultimately,it is expected to provide reference for the combination of TCM and chemical drugs in the clinical treatment of infectious diseases.
