摘 要:目前,尚未有研究对欠发达地区是否借助数字金融发展机遇提升了经济发展质量及其内在作用机制如何进行深入探讨,为此,以云南省作为研究对象,基于数字化金融技术创新的基本逻辑和文献梳理,从区域创新、收入差距、生产效率3个方面建立数字化金融技术创新影响地区经济高质量发展的理论分析框架,并通过基准面板回归模型,利用云南省16个地级市2016—2020年的面板数据进行实证检验。结果发现:研究期间云南省数字化金融创新水平增长近7倍,数字化程度以及使用深度逐渐取代覆盖广度成为驱动数字化金融创新的主要驱动力,其数字化金融创新正在迈入向应用端深度拓展和提升数字金融便利化、低成本化、信用化的新阶段;数字化金融技术创新对云南省高质量发展具有显著的促进效应,主要通过城乡收入差距弥合机制和地区生产效率提升机制来发挥正向作用,而区域创新支持机制尚未形成有效作用。据此,从激发数字金融赋能区域创新角度,提出促进数字金融支持创新融资、提升数字金融普惠水平、完善数字金融市场化机制等政策建议。At the moment,there is no in-depth study on whether underdeveloped areas have taken advantage of the development opportunities of digital finance to improve the quality of economic development and how its internal mechanism works.Yunnan,a underdeveloped inland province in southwestern China,has a short industrial chain,low added value,and shortcomings in high-quality development,whether it can leverage the dividends of financial technology development to achieve high-quality economic development is a question worth exploring.Therefore,taking Yunnan as the research object,based on the basic logic and literature review of digital financial technology innovation,a theoretical analysis framework for the impact of digital financial technology innovation on high-quality economic development in regions is established from three aspects:regional innovation,income gap,and production efficiency.Entropy method is used to construct an economic high-quality development index,with the Peking University Digital Inclusive Finance Index representing the level of financial technology innovation,and empirical testing is conducted by using panel data from 16 prefecture level cities in Yunnan from 2016 to 2020 through a benchmark panel regression model.The results find that during the research period,the level of digital financial innovation in Yunnan Province has increased by nearly 7 times,and the degree of digitization and depth of use have gradually replaced the breadth of coverage as the main driving force for digital financial innovation.Its digital financial innovation is entering a new stage of deep expansion towards the application end and improving the convenience,low-cost,and creditworthiness of digital finance,while the innovation of digital financial technology has a significant promoting effect on the high-quality development,mainly through the mechanism of bridging the urban-rural income gap and improving regional production eficiency.However,the regional innovation support mechanism has not yet formed an effective rol
