摘  要:为解决现有腕关节旋转器用户满意度低的问题,文章利用优化可拓第三创造法,构建适用于康复产品改良的设计模型。首先,引入两类功能树,优化缺点列举环节,快速定位缺陷组件;其次,引入康复知识、人机数据、造型样本三类约束物元,优化拓展与变换环节,提升可拓变换效率,并以E企业腕关节旋转器为例,对5个不良组件、4个缺失特征进行了改善,获得三个改良方案;最后,构建评价系统,通过对改良前后的产品方案进行优度评价,验证了改良设计的有效性。To solve the existing problems of less satisfaction of wrist joint rotator,use the optimized third creating method of extenics,construct an improved design model of rehabilitation products.Firstly,two kinds of function trees are introduced to improve the defect listing process to quickly locate defective components;Secondly,rehabilitation knowledge,man-machine data and modeling sample matter-element were added to constrain the expansion and transformation process of matter element optimization to improve the efficiency of extension transformation,Take E enterprise wrist rotator as an example,5 defective components and 4 missing features were improved.At last,establish an evaluation system,product was evaluated before and after,which verified the feasibility of the process model.
