摘 要:基于分项系数近似概率极限状态法对钢筋混凝土(reinforce concrete,RC)桥梁受弯构件进行设计时,存在割裂和孤立各不同的设计状况、极限状态的现象,使得构件之间无法进行横向定量比较,一定程度上破坏了该设计方法固有的内在统一性。提出了一种统一抗弯承载力框架,建立RC桥梁受弯构件统一抗弯承载力计算原理,推导了统一抗弯承载力计算公式,探索基于规范而设计的RC桥梁受弯构件在不同设计状况下不同极限状态之间的一种新的内在联系与定量区别,从而表征分项系数近似概率极限状态设计法的内在统一性。结果表明:在所建立的框架下,RC桥梁受弯构件不同设计状况下不同的极限状态可以统一于抗弯承载力,并可实现它们之间的横向定量比较。统一抗弯承载力框架下的设计验算只需进行1步比较便可实现规范的验算要求,同时有助于暴露某些极限状态强度储备相对较低的潜在风险,从而补充和完善分项系数近似概率极限状态法的设计验算。When the partial coefficient approximate probabilistic limit state method is used to design the flexural members of reinforce concrete(RC)bridges,there are phenomena of splitting and isolating different design conditions and limit states,which leads to that different situations and states can not be compared quantitatively,and destroys the inherent unity of the design method to a certain extent.A unified flexural capacity framework was proposed,the calculation principle of the unified flexural capacity was established for flexural members of RC bridge,and the corresponding calculation formula of the unified flexural bearing capacity was derived.A new internal connection and quantitative difference between different limit states under different design conditions of the RC bridge flexural members designed based on the code were explored,so that the intrinsic unity of the partial coefficient approximate probabilistic limit state design method could be characterized.The results show that the different limit states of RC bridge flexural members under different design conditions can be unified in the flexural capacity under the established framework,and the transverse quantitative comparison between them can be realized.The design checking calculation under the presented framework of unified bending capacity can achieve the requirements of the checking calculation of the code only by one step comparison.It can also help expose potential and low risks of relative strength reserves for some limit states,so as to realize the beneficial supplement and perfection for the design checking calculation of the partial coefficient approximate probability limit state method.
