摘  要:目的:评价三个玫瑰果用新品种(无刺玫一号、丰果玫三号、丰果玫六号)的果实质量。方法:对无刺玫一号、丰果玫三号、丰果玫六号进行植物形态特征及果实性状描述;采用紫外分光光度法测定总糖、水溶性多糖、总酚酸、总黄酮、总三萜、类胡萝卜素含量;利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定芦丁、槲皮素、白桦脂酸、熊果酸、齐墩果酸含量。采用熵权TOPSIS法综合评价玫瑰果用新品种果实质量。结果:玫瑰三个果用新品种在植物形态以及果实大小、形状、颜色上均有差异。无刺玫一号果实中类胡萝卜素和白桦脂酸含量最高,分别为19.39、0.85 mg/g;水溶性糖、总黄酮、总酚酸、芦丁在丰果玫三号果实中含量最高,分别为24.84、44.36、6.81、0.46 mg/g;总三萜、熊果酸、齐墩果酸在丰果玫六号果实中含量最高,分别为33.47、2.64、0.48 mg/g;槲皮素在丰果玫三号和丰果玫六号果实中含量最高,均为0.02 mg/g。熵权TOPSIS法分析结果显示,相对贴近度排名为丰果玫三号、无刺玫一号、丰果玫六号、紫枝花用玫瑰、传统花用玫瑰。结论:通过观察三个玫瑰果用新品种植物形态、果实性状,可以区分三个新品种;三个玫瑰果用新品种果实有效成分含量排名比花用种质果实有效成分含量排名靠前。综合分析,丰果玫三号、无刺玫一号、丰果玫六号均有一定的开发价值。Objective:To evaluate the fruit quality of three new Rosa rugosa varieties(Wucimei No.1,Fengguomei No.3,Feng-guomei No.6).Methods:The plant morphological characteristics and fruit characters of Wucimei No.1,Fengguomei No.3,Fengguomei No.6 were described.The contents of total sugar,water-soluble sugar,total phenol,total flavone,total triterpene and carotenoid were de-termined by UV spectrophotometry.The contents of rutin,quercetin,betulinic acid,ursolic acid and oleanolic acid were determined by HPLC.The entropy weight TOPSIS method was used to evaluate the fruit quality of new Rosa rugose varieties.Results:The three new varieties of Rosa rugose were different in plant morphology,fruit size,shape and color.The contents of carotenoid and betulinic acid in the fruits of Wucimei No.1 were the highest,which were 19.39,0.85 mg/g,respectively.The contents of water-soluble sugar,total fla-vonoids,total phenolic acid and rutin were the highest in the fruits of Fengguomei No.3,which were 24.84,44.36,6.81,0.46 mg/g,respectively.The contents of total triterpene,ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in the fruit of Fengguomei No.6 were the highest,which were 33.47,2.64,0.48 mg/g,respectively.The contents of quercetin in the fruits of Fengguomei No.3 and Fengguomei No.6 were the highest,which were 0.02 mg/g,respectively.The results of entropy weight TOPSIS analysis showed that the relative proximity ranking was Fengguomei No.3,Wucimei No.1,Fengguomei No.6,purple branch Rosa rugose for flowers,Rosa rugosa for traditional flowers.Conclusion:Three new Rosa rugosa fruits varieties can be distinguished by observing their plant morphology and fruit characters.The content of effective components in the fruits of the three new varieties of Rosa rugosa is higher than that in the fruits of the flower germ-plasm.Comprehensive analysis shows that Fengguomei No.3,Wucimei No.1 and Fengguomei No.6 all have certain development value.
