摘 要:直流断路器(DCCB)是解决直流系统短路故障的重要手段,针对现有DCCB存在的限流效果差、避雷器使用寿命短和故障隔离速度慢等一系列缺陷,文中提出一种具备限流能力的混合式高压直流断路器拓扑(CLC-HDCCB)方案。CLC-HDCCB载流支路和转移支路采用双桥式结构,具备双向通断能力;限流部分采用限流电阻和限流电感并联限流方式,显著降低了故障电流峰值及上升率;设计泄能电阻在断路过程中将限流电感旁路,减少了避雷器单次开断吸收的能量;对所提CLC-HDCCB方案分断故障电流、正常合闸和分断小电流等直流系统出现的各种工况进行了详细分析,并给出参数选定的方法。最后在PSCAD/EMTDC平台进行仿真验证,结果表明所提CLC-HDCCB方案与现有DCCB方案相比在故障限流、避雷器吸能和故障清除时间等方面具有一定的优势。DC circuit breaker(DCCB)is an important means to solve the short-circuit fault of DC system.In view of such a series of defects as weak current limiting effect,short operation life of arrester and slow fault isolation speed of the existing DCCB,a kind of hybrid high-voltage DC circuit breaker topology solution with current limiting capa-bility(CLC-HDCCB)is proposed in this paper.The CLC-HDCCB current-carrying branch and transfer branch adopt double-bridge structure and possesses bidirectional on-off capability.The current-limiting part adopts current-limit-ing resistor inductor in parallel to limit the current,which significantly reduces the peak value and rise rate of fault current.The designed bleeder resistor bypasses the current-limiting inductance during the circuit breaking process,which reduces the energy absorbed by the arrester in single breaking operation.In addition,various conditions oc-curred in such DC system as breaking fault current,normal closing operation and breaking small current of the CLC-HDCCB scheme is analyzed in detail and also the parameter selection method is given.Finally,the simulation verifi-cation is carried out on the PSCAD/EMTDC platform,and the results show that the proposed CLC-HDCCB scheme has certain advantages compared with the existing DCCB scheme in terms of fault current limiting,arrester energy absorption and fault clearing time.
