摘 要:纤维增强复合材料(FRP)因其轻质、高强、耐腐蚀、绿色环保等优点在工程领域受到广泛关注。传统的地铁防护门多为钢材制作而成,玄武岩纤维复合材料(BFRP)因其良好的力学性能,现已逐步应用于地下防护工程。但部分防护门需要满足工程的过滤通风或进气需求,不可避免地要对其门体进行开洞处理。文中基于ABAQUS建立了玄武岩纤维复合门的有限元模型,对爆炸作用下不同开洞纤维复合门变形及受力进行了数值模拟,考虑了开洞率及开洞位置的影响,对玄武岩纤维复合门的抗爆性能进行了对比分析。研究发现开洞率对纤维复合门性能有着一定影响,开洞位置对纤维复合门性能有着极大影响。对玄武岩纤维复合门开洞设计给出了工程建议。Fiber-reinforced composites(FRP)features lightweight,high strength,good corrosion resistance,and en⁃vironmentally friendly,which received wide attention in engineering.Traditional underground doors are mostly made of steel,whereas basalt fiber reinforced composites(BFRP)have been gradually applied to underground civil de⁃fense projects due to their good mechanical properties.However,protective doors need to meet the filter ventilation and air intake requirements of the project,and it is inevitable that the door body should be processed with openings.A numerical model of a basalt fiber composite door is established by ABAQUS,of which the deformation and stress of fiber composite door in different opening forms are studied.A comparative analysis is conducted on the blast resis⁃tance performance of basalt fiber composite doors,considering the influence of opening rate and opening position.The opening rate has a certain impact on the performance of fiber composite doors,and the opening position has a great impact on the performance of fiber composite doors.
