大跨结构变截面钢斜柱稳定承载力试验研究

摘  要:杭州亚运电竞馆大跨建筑的外围立面结构采用变截面薄壁箱形斜柱钢框架体系。为探讨变截面钢斜柱的稳定承载力,对模拟复杂边界的1∶4斜柱缩尺模型进行了竖向荷载下的全过程加载试验,获得了斜柱的位移和变形发展过程、极限承载力及最终的破坏形式。研究表明,随荷载增大此类钢斜柱会在截面较小的下部区段首先进入屈服,进而引发不利截面处翼缘的塑性屈曲;该现象逐渐向腹板扩展,从而形成抗弯能力显著下降的塑性屈曲铰,致使柱子因变形过大而失效;但柱子失效前在屈曲铰部位经历了较充分的塑性变形,具有良好的延性。研究可为同类钢斜柱的设计和工程应用提供参考。The exterior facade structure of the large-span building of Hangzhou Asian Games E-sports Stadium adopts a variable cross-section thin-walled box shaped inclined column steel frame system.In order to study the sta⁃ble bearing capacity of the steel inclined column with variable cross-section,the whole process loading test under vertical load is carried out on the 1:4 inclined column scale model simulating the complex boundary,and the dis⁃placement and deformation development process,ultimate bearing capacity,and final failure form of the inclined col⁃umn are obtained.The results show that the steel inclined column first enters yield in the lower region with a smaller cross-section,and then cause the plastic buckling of the flange at the unfavorable cross-section with the increase of loads.This phenomenon gradually expands to the web,resulting in the formation of a plastic buckling hinge with sig⁃nificantly reduced bending resistance,which makes it fail due to excessive deformation.However,the column under⁃went sufficient plastic deformation at the buckling hinge before failure,indicating good ductility.The study may pro⁃vide the reference for design and engineering application of similar steel inclined columns.
