可防卫空间理论下城市中心区毗邻隔离住区环境设计研究

摘　　要：聚焦城市中心区毗邻隔离现象,对其形成机制及存在问题展开研究,总结其特征及影响。通过对南通市中心区一处典型毗邻隔离住区进行实地调研,运用研究手段发现问题并加以分析,最后引入可防卫空间理论,从空间环境、公共空间、道路空间、人际交往四个方面提出城市中心区毗邻隔离住区环境设计的可行策略,以期加强居民交流,促进居民融合。Focusing on the phenomenon of adjacent isolation in urban central districts,this study investigates its formation mechanism and existing issues,and summarizes its characteristics and impacts.Through field research on a typical adjacent isolat-ed residential area in the central district of Nantong City,problems were identified and analyzed using research methods.Finally,the theory of defensible space is introduced to propose feasible strategies for the environmental design of adjacent isolated residen-tial areas in urban central districts from the perspectives of spatial environment,public space,road space,and interpersonal commu-nication,aiming to strengthen resident interaction and promote residential integration.
