碘催化下合成全取代吡唑及其磺化反应研究

摘　　要：以芳基肼、β-酮腈、磺酰肼为底物,在碘存在的条件下,通过考察催化剂不同的量、不同有机溶剂对反应的影响,确定最优反应条件,同时改变反应底物,合成相应的含有吡唑杂环的吡唑-5-胺衍生物,其结构经红外光谱、核磁共振谱和高分辨质谱表征.该方法具有反应条件温和、操作简单、原料廉价易得、反应迅速等优点.Using arylhydrazine,β-ketonitrile and sulfonyl hydrazine as substrates,the optimal reaction conditions were determined by investigating the effects of different molar concentrations of catalysts and differ-ent organic solvents on the reaction in the presence of Iodine.The corresponding pyrazole-5-amine derivatives containing pyrazole heterocyclic were synthesized by changing the reaction substrate.Its structure was charac-terized by 1HNMR,IR and HR-MS.The method has the advantages of mild reaction conditions,simple opera-tion,cheap and readily available raw materials and rapid reaction.
