孟河医派马培之治疗青风内障思想浅析

摘　　要：青风内障作为慢性内障性眼病,包含现代不同类型青光眼的不同病变阶段,是导致不可逆性失明的主要原因之一,中医学认为青风内障多属痰火搏结、精血不足、气机郁滞等。孟河医派代表人物马培之精通诸科,其临证医案中灵活辨证、化裁合宜,用药纯正质朴,以培补肝肾之法治疗青风内障多例,本文就其诊治青风内障的学术思想进行深入分析,探讨其辨治思路、用药规律,总结经验,为临床上诊治青光眼提供思路。Qingfeng Neizhang,as a chronic glaucomatous eye disease,encompasses different pathological stages of various types of glaucoma in modern times.It is one of the major causes of irreversible blindness.Traditional Chinese Medicine attributes Qingfeng Neizhang to factors such as phlegm-fire stagnation,deficiency of essence and blood,and stagnation of Qi.MA Peizhi,a representative figure of the Menghe Medical School,is proficient in various medical disciplines.In his clinical cases,he demonstrates flexible differentiation,appropriate customization,and the use of medications with purity and simplicity.This article delves into the academic ideology of MA Peizhi in diagnosing and treating Qingfeng Neizhang,analyzing his differentiation and treatment strategies,medication patterns,summarizing experiences,and providing insights for clinical approaches to treating glaucoma.
