摘  要:对6xxx系挤压板材及5xxx系轧制板材进行搅拌摩擦焊,通过调整焊接过程中的工艺参数得出各参数对轴向压力的具体影响及轴向压力的变化规律。结果显示,恒位移与恒压力控制方法均可得到外观及内部质量完好的焊缝;当焊接速度一定时,轴向压力随着搅拌头转速的增加而减小,当搅拌头转速一定时,轴向压力随着焊接速度的增大而增大。In this paper,the friction stir welding of 6 series extruded plate and 5 series rolled plate is carried out.By adjusting the welding process parameters,the specific influence of each parameter on the axial pressure and the change law of the axial pressure are obtained.The results show that both the control methods of constant displacement and constant pressure can obtain the weld with good appearance and internal quality.When the welding speed is constant,the axial pressure decreases with the increase of the stirring head speed.When the stirring head speed is constant,the axial pressure increases with the increase of the welding speed.
