摘　　要：通过对铸轧方式生产PS/CTP版基产品经常出现的黑条、水波纹、夹渣、五级麦穗晶这四种缺陷的形成原因进行分析,采取一些更加精细的管控措施,可有效解决上述四种缺陷。By analyzing the causes of the four defects in the casting and rolling production of PS/CTP plate,such as black strip,water ripple,slag inclusion and fifth grade wheat grain,some more precise control measures can be taken to effectively solve the above four defects.
