摘　　要：肩关节前脱位在临床中较为常见,常导致前方关节囊盂唇复合体及关节盂骨质撕脱(骨性Bankart损伤),影响肩关节的稳定性,治疗不当易造成反复肩关节脱位及骨关节炎,严重影响患者的生活质量。初次脱位但运动要求较高或复发性肩关节脱位的患者,保守治疗后肩关节再次脱位的风险较高,手术治疗逐渐成为共识。本文回顾了近年来国内外学者报道的骨性Bankart损伤手术修复重建的主要方式,以期为骨性Bankart损伤研究和临床决策提供参考。Anterior dislocation of the shoulder is relatively common in clinical practice,which often leads to the anterior joint capsule labrum complex injury and glenoid bone loss(bony Bankart lesion).Inappropriate treatment may result in instability of the shoulder and osteoarthritis,affecting the outcome of patients.Patients with primary dislocation but high exercise requirements or recurrent shoulder dislocation have a higher risk of shoulder dislocation after conservative treatment,thus,surgical treatment has gradually become a consensus.This article aims to review the main methods of surgical repair and reconstruction of bony Bankart lesions in recent years,and provide a reference for research and clinical decision-making of bony Bankart lesions.
