摘　　要：作为最常见的一类植物天然产物,精油在食品、化妆品行业以及芳香疗法中应用广泛。但直到最近几年研究人员才开始关注精油调控脂质代谢、促进减肥的功效,并初步鉴定出主要的生物活性成分。介绍了近几年具有代表性的精油抗肥胖相关研究进展,论述了植物精油治疗肥胖过程中的生化指标变化及可能的机制,包括抑制脂质合成、促进脂质分解、调节肠道菌群、抑制食欲等,并对该领域尚需解决的问题提出展望,以期为抗肥胖精油的筛选、药理学研究以及临床治疗提供参考。As one category of the most common natural products from plants,essential oils are widely used in food,cosmetics and aromatherapy.However,until recent years,researchers began to focus on the efficacy of essential oil in regulation of lipid metabolism so as to promote weight loss,and preliminarily identified the main bioactive ingredients.In this paper,the represen‐tative literature reports on the anti-obesity of essential oils in recent years were introduced,and the variation of biochemical indi‐cators during treatment of obesity,as well as the possible mechanism were reviewed,including the inhibition of lipogenesis,the facilitation of lipolysis,the regulation of gut microflora and the inhibition of appetite,etc.And prospects were proposed for the problems remained to be solved in this field,in order to provide references for the screening,pharmacological research and clini‐cal treatment of anti-obesity essential oils.
