中国三大湾区经济国际化水平测度研究——基于环渤海、环杭州湾、粤港澳大湾区的比较

摘　　要：随着中国对粤港澳大湾区、环杭州湾大湾区、环渤海大湾区发展重视程度的提升,湾区经济逐渐成为当前中国经济发展的重要引擎。本文构建了具有湾区特色的经济国际化指标体系,并运用熵值法对中国三个主要湾区经济国际化水平进行测度与比较研究。结果显示,三大湾区经济国际化水平在近十年呈现总体上升趋势,粤港澳大湾区处于绝对领先位置,应该从生产国际化、金融国际化、交通基础、投资国际化和创新基础五个方面着重发力来提升湾区经济国际化水平,从而为湾区进一步提升经济国际化水平提供理论支持和路径建议。With China’s increasing emphasis on the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,the Hangzhou Bay Rim Bay Area and the Bohai Rim Bay Area,the Bay Area economy has gradually become an important engine for China’s economic development.This paper constructs an indicator system of economic internationalization with the characteristics of the bay area,and uses the entropy method to measure and compare the economic internationalization level of the three major bay areas in China.The results show that the economic internationalization level of the three major bay areas has gradually increased in the past decade.The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is in an absolute leading position.Efforts should be made to enhance the internationalization level of the Bay Area economy from five aspects:production internationalization,financial internationalization,transportation foundation,investment internationalization,and innovation foundation.Thus,providing theoretical support and path suggestions for the Bay Area to further enhance its economic internationalization level.
