摘 要:钢岔管大型构件焊接会产生较大的残余应力,从而影响钢构件的使用寿命。文章以南水北调大兴支线工程钢岔管为试验构件,采用VSR-80型多功能便携式振动消应系统对岔管进行了振动时效处理。结果表明,该技术操作简便,具有节能高效、环保便捷的特点,岔管振动时效处理后残余应力平均降低率达35.7%。该技术为水利工程中大型钢结构焊接残余应力消除提供了重要的技术指导,有助于提高工程结构的安全性和可靠性。Welding of large steel branch pipe components can generate significant residual stress,affecting the service life of steel components.This paper takes the steel branch pipe of the Daxing Branch of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project as the experimental component and uses the VSR-80 type multifunctional portable vibration stress relief system for vibratory aging treatment of the branch pipe.The results show that this technology is simple to operate and features energy efficiency,environmental friendliness,and convenience.After vibratory aging treatment,the average reduction rate of residual stress in the branch pipe reached 35.7%.This technology provides important technical guidance for the elimination of welding residual stress in large steel structures in water conservancy projects,contributing to the improvement of the safety and reliability of engineering structures.
