摘 要:于2023年3—4月,采用分层整群抽样法,选择广东省某医学高等职业院校12个班的678名护理专科生为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、大学生专业认同量表和学习投入量表进行调查,同时统计护理专科生的学业成绩。探讨护理专科生专业认同对学业成绩的影响机制,分析学习投入在机制中的中介作用。研究表明,护理专科生的专业认同处于中上水平,学习投入处于中等水平,学习投入在专业认同与学业成绩之间存在一定的中介作用。护理教育工作者可通过提升护理专科生的专业认同和学习投入双路径,提高教学质量和效果。From March to April 2023,a stratified cluster sampling method was used to select 678 nursing collegians from 12 classes in a medical higher vocational college in Guangdong Province as the research subjects.The survey was conducted with General Information Questionnaire,Collegian Professional Identity Scale,and Learning Engagement Scale.At the same time,the academic performance of nursing collegians was statistically analyzed.Exploring the impact mechanism of professional identity on academic performance among nursing students,and analyzing the mediating role of learning engagement in the mechanism.Research has shown that nursing students professional identity is at a medium to high level,and their learning engagement is at a moderate level.There is a certain mediating effect of learning engagement between professional identity and academic performance.Nursing educators can improve teaching quality and effectiveness by enhancing nursing students'professional identity and learning engagement through dual path.
