乡村振兴背景下县域商业体系建设的对策研究——以山东临沂市河东区为例

摘　　要：县域商业体系建设是全面推进乡村振兴、促进城乡融合发展的重要内容。本文以山东省临沂市河东区为例,旨在研究乡村振兴背景下如何推动县域商业体系建设,推动较发达乡村经济发展。河东区有发展县域商业的优势,并取得了一些成效,特别是在商业基础设施建设、物流、电商、消费模式等方面取得较大进步,同时也存在着一些困难与短板。本文从制度建设、商业网点布局、消费市场、电商物流等方面提出对策探索,以期指导乡村经济发展及县域商业体系建设。The construction of the county-level commercial system is an important part of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and urban-rural integrated development.Taking Hedong District of Linyi City in Shandong Province as an example,the paper aims to explore and study how to promote the construction of the county-level commercial system and drive the development of more advanced rural economies in the context of rural revitalization.Hedong District has the advantage of developing county-level commerce and has achieved some results,especially in the construction of commercial infrastructure,logistics,e-commerce,and consumption models.However,there are also some difficulties and shortcomings.The paper proposes countermeasures from the aspects of institutional construction,commercial network layout,consumer market,and e-commerce logistics to better guide the development of rural economy and the construction of the county-level commercial system.
