多元化运营模式下跨境电商物流服务体系构建研究

摘　　要：近年来,随着跨境电商的蓬勃发展,跨境电商物流服务体系建设日益受到关注。文章对跨境电商物流服务体系的多元化运营模式进行了综述,阐明了多元化运营模式下跨境电商物流服务体系的构建要素,分析了多元化运营模式下跨境电商物流所面临的诸多问题,包括服务质量问题、成本控制问题和环境影响问题等,并提出了跨境电商物流服务体系构建的路径建议,包括加强跨境电商物流服务平台建设、优化跨境物流配送网络、推进物流系统信息化与智能化和建立跨境电商物流服务规范与标准等,以期为跨境电商物流服务的发展提供一定参考借鉴。In recent years,with the booming development of cross-border e-commerce,the construction of cross-border e-commerce logistics service systems has received increasing attention.The paper provides an overview of the diversified operation models of cross-border e-commerce logistics service systems,clarifies the construction elements of cross-border e-commerce logistics service systems under diversified operation models,analyzes the various problems faced by cross-border e-commerce logistics under diversified operation models,including service quality,cost control,and environmental impact,and proposes path suggestions for the construction of cross-border e-commerce logistics service systems,including strengthening the construction of cross-border e-commerce logistics service platforms,optimizing cross-border logistics distribution networks,promoting the informatization and intelligence of logistics systems,and establishing norms and standards for cross-border e-commerce logistics services,aiming to provide some reference for the development of cross-border e-commerce logistics services.
