摘　　要：本文阐述了智能化地震队系统课程的数字化资源建设的必要性,同时详细的论述了数字化资源建设的研究思路和具体实现,进而实现了数字化人员培养,以实际操作演示为主要手段,通过“桥梁式”实训教学模式,使学习人员可以快速、准确的掌握工序操作方法,数字化资源建设是地震勘探适应信息化发展的必然趋势,数字化资源可以提供更加方便快捷的技术支持工作,从而有效促进人员培训工作开展的直观性和创新性,提高人员培训效率,有力推进项目标准化运作,实现了项目降本提质的目标。This article expounds the necessity of digital course construction based on intelligent seismic team system.At the same time,it discusses in detail the research ideas and specific implementation of digital course construction,and then realizes the training of digital personnel.Mainly through practical operation demonstration,the“bridge”training teaching mode enables learners to quickly and accurately grasp the operation method of the process.Digital course construction is an inevitable trend for seismic exploration to adapt to information development.Digital courses can provide more convenient and efficient technical support work,effectively promote the intuitive and innovative nature of personnel training,improve the efficiency of personnel training,and effectively promote the standardization of project operation,thus achieving the goal of project cost reduction and quality improvement.
