摘 要:排列质控是地震勘探工序的重要一环,在现阶段,仍然主要依赖人工前往作业现场进行质检,通常采用抽查的检查方式,近几年随着地震勘探技术的不断进步,采集效率的不断提高,对排列质检工序的效率也提出了新的要求。本文针对传统质控方法存在的用工量大、人工干预多、错误率高、效率低等突出问题,提出了实时智能质控方法,创新设计研发了智能化地震队系统的排列管理功能模块,数据的采集、收集、整理、排列故障处置等质控工作由智能化地震队系统实现,大幅度减少了人工操作干预、减低了出错率,提高了工作效率,减员增效效果明显。通过在多个实际野外勘探项目中应用,证实了方法的有效性和实用性,实际应用效果显著,为地震勘探领域的未来发展提供了更多可能性。“SpreadQC”is an important part of seismic exploration.Currently,it still heavily relies on manual QC carried out on-site,often employing a random sampling QC approach.In recent years,with the continuous advancement of seismic exploration technology and the improvement in acquisition efficiency,new demands for the efficiency of spread QC have proposed.In response to the prominent issues associated with traditional quality control methods,such as extensive labor requirements,significant manual intervention,high error rates,and low efficiency,this paper proposes a real-time intelligent quality control method.It involves innovative design and development of the spread management module within Smart Seismic Crew System.This module takes care of data collection,compilation,organization,and arrangement fault handling autonomously.This approach significantly reduces manual operations and interventions,reduces error rates,and enhances work efficiency,leading to noticeable downsizing and increased effectiveness.The effectiveness and practicality of this method have been confirmed through its application in multiple seismic exploration projects.The application has yielded significant results,offering new possibilities for the future development of seismic exploration.By introducing real-time intelligent quality control,we have not only improved work efficiency but also reduced costs,providing greater potential for the seismic exploration field.The widespread adoption of this technology will further enhance the quality and efficiency of seismic exploration.
