摘  要:为了使学生掌握智能机器人系统设计及集成应用技术,设计了工业机器人自动视觉检测综合实训平台。该平台集成了工业机器人、机器视觉、智能检测、立体仓库等模块,通过工业以太网组建高度集成化的自动化柔性生产线。基于产教融合教学模式,分层次设计了工业机器人操作实训、自动加工检测生产线PLC程序开发实训、图像识别程序开发实训、工业机器人与自动加工检测生产线综合实训项目。实践表明,该实训平台可以满足机器人工程专业人才培养需求,充分激发学生的自主学习热情,提高学生创新能力与解决工程问题的能力,为学生后续学习打下了坚实的实践基础。Under the background of“new engineering”,according to the needs of integrated training in universities,an integrated training platform of automatic visual detection is designed.The platform integrates several modules such as robot,machine vision,automatic inspection and a three-dimensional warehouse,it establishes a highly integrated automatic flexible production line through Industrial Ethernet.Four kinds of training projects are designed at different levels,i.e.,robot operation,PLC development of automatic production line,development of image recognition system,and integrated training of robot and automatic production line.Practice shows that the training platform stimulates students’enthusiasm for learning and improves their ability to learn independently,increases their ability of creativity and problem-solving,the platform builds up a solid foundation for students’future study.
