摘　　要：高校多学科交叉实验室具有科研人员学科背景差异大、研究方向多样、学生年级多样、人员结构复杂、流动性强等特点,因此实验人员准入管理是多学科交叉实验室安全管理工作的重点与难点。实行安全准入制度是建立高校多学科交叉实验室安全保障体系的有效措施之一。致远创新研究中心基于多学科交叉实验室安全管理的实践经验,阐述了多学科交叉实验室安全准入制度的构建流程以及安全管理体系的完善措施,有效保障多学科交叉实验室的准入安全,提高师生安全技能和安全意识,减少实验室安全事故的发生,为多学科交叉实验室管理及准入制度构建提供借鉴。In the interdisciplinary laboratories,students and faculty members are usually from diverse disciplines with distinct backgrounds and grades,they are also commonly non-permanent laboratory members.These typical traits of interdisciplinary laboratories thus emphasize the importance of access controls to these laboratories.Implementing the laboratory safety access system is one of the effective measures to establish a laboratory safety guarantee system in universities.We have established a laboratory access control system based on our experiences of implementing the safety management of the central laboratory at Zhiyuan Innovation Research Center of Shanghai Jiao Tong University,which is a multidisciplinary platform to support mainly undergraduate research.The system improves the entire laboratory safety management.This guarantees the safety of the laboratory effectively,improves safety skills and awareness among faculty and students,and prevents the occurrence of laboratory safety accidents.It is hopeful that this access control system for the interdisciplinary setting may provide a benchmark for similar laboratories in other universities.
