摘　　要：糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)一直以来是全球重大公共卫生课题之一,胰岛素是DM患者长久以来控制血糖不可替代的药物。为获得更佳降糖效果,提高患者依从性,胰岛素制剂不断更新迭代。现对胰岛素周制剂、胰岛素口服给药途径及胰岛素复方制剂等研究进展作一综述,旨在为临床提供参考。Diabetes mellitus(DM)has always been one of the major global public health issues.Insulin has been an irreplaceable drug for controlling blood sugar in DM patients for a long time.In order to obtain better hypoglycemic effect and improve patient compliance,insulin preparations are constantly updated and iterated.This article reviewed the research progress in weekly basal insulin,oral insulin administration route and insulin compound preparation,in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
