摘　　要：国民经济学源于西方,并在中国实践中不断创新发展。文章首先通过归纳演绎的方法对西方和中国的国民经济学历史沿革进行了系统分析。分析表明,无论是西方还是中国,国民经济学理论发展均孕育于一国的社会形态和经济体制的演进之中;从发展战略和规划与宏观经济调控的两大主线出发,对中国经济发展实践进行历史分析,形成了中国国民经济学理论内嵌于社会主义政治经济体制的变革;中国国民经济学理论发展顺应时代发展大势与尊重经济社会发展规律;政府与市场的关系是中国国民经济学理论发展过程中需要动态调整的重要关系等理论发展规律。最后,基于中国国民经济学理论地位与经济发展实践指导地位不匹配的现实背景,提出了统一中国国民经济学的研究方向、明确中国国民经济学的理论内核、应对其他经济学的理论挑战、凸显中国国民经济学学科的引领性等推动中国国民经济学理论发展的路径。National economics originated in the West and has been innovated and developed in Chinese practice.This paper firstly analyzes the historical evolution of national economics in the West and China through an inductive-deductive approach,and concludes that the theories of national economics,both in the West and in China,are nurtured in the evolution of a country’s social form and economic system;Secondly,from the two main lines of development strategy and planning and macroeconomic regulation and control,we analyze the development practice of Chinese national economics and conclude that Chinese national economics is embedded in the change of socialist political and economic system;national economic development follows the trend of the times and respects the law of economic and social development;the relationship between the government and the market is a key factor in the development of Chinese national economics.The development of China’s national economy is embedded in the transformation of the socialist political and economic system;the development of the national economy follows the trend of the times and respects the laws of economic and social development;and the relationship between the government and the market is the core of national economic development.Finally,based on the mismatch between the theoretical status of Chinese national economics and the guiding status of economic development practice,the path to promote the theoretical development of Chinese national economics is proposed,such as unifying the research direction of Chinese national economics,clarifying the theoretical core of Chinese national economics,responding to the theoretical challenges of other economics,and highlighting the leading role of the discipline of Chinese national economics.
