浅谈长输原油管道报废处置技术

摘　　要：长输原油管道作为线性工程,途经区域除农田林地外,还包括人员活动频繁区域、环境敏感区域等。当长输原油管道因本体质量、腐蚀程度、外部破坏和功能消失等原因不再继续运行时,不可避免地会进行停运报废处置。并且随着地方经济活动逐渐频繁,长输原油管道为支持地方建设需要进行迁改,产生的旧管道同样需要进行报废处置,因此做好长输原油管道报废处置是非常重要的。文章以长输原油管道的报废处置为研究对象,重点从处置方式、处置流程和处置技术措施进行说明,从而为原油管道报废处置提供一定的参考思路。As a linear project,long-distance crude oil pipeline runs though areas include not only farmland and forest,but also the areas with frequent human activities and environmental sensitive areas.When the long-distance crude oil pipeline no longer runs due to the quality of its body,the degree of corrosion,external damage and the disappearance of its function,it will inevitably closed and scrapped for disposal.In addition,with the increasing frequency of local economic activities,the long-distance crude oil pipeline needs to be relocated to support local construction,and the old pipelines also need to be scrapped for disposal.Therefore,the importance of the disposal of long-distance crude oil pipelines is becoming increasingly obvious.This paper takes the scrap disposal of long-distance crude oil pipelines as the research object,focuses on explaining the disposal methods,disposal processes and disposal technical measures,so as to provide certain reference ideas for the scrap disposal of crude oil pipelines.
