天然气管道腐蚀主要原因分析与防护措施

摘　　要：由于天然气长输管道经过的环境复杂多变,一般被架空或是敷设在地下,因此极其容易受到外界环境的影响,进而形成管道腐蚀的发生。当天然气长输管道发生腐蚀时,会引起管道穿孔气体泄漏,严重情况下会引发火灾事故,造成严重的经济损失。此外,如果天然气长输管道由于腐蚀发生爆炸事故,在造成经济损失的同时还会造成人员伤亡,并且对周围的自然环境造成负面影响。因此,文章对天然气长距离输送管道出现的腐蚀问题进行分析,并提出有效的腐蚀防护方法,达到延长天然气管道使用寿命的目标,确保天然气管道的稳定工作运行。Due to the complex environment through which natural gas long-distance pipelines pass,they are generally overhead or laid underground.Therefore,it is extremely susceptible to the influence of the external environment,leading to the occurrence of pipeline corrosion.When corrosion occurs in long-distance natural gas pipelines,it can cause gas leakage through pipeline perforation,and in severe cases,it can lead to f ire accidents and cause serious economic losses.In addition,if an explosion accident occurs in a long-distance natural gas pipeline due to corrosion,causing economic losses and casualties,as well as negative impacts on the surrounding natural environment.Therefore,this article summarizes and analyzes the corrosion issues of natural gas longdistance pipelines,and explores effective protective measures,with the aim of increasing the operational service life of pipelines and ensuring their safe and stable operation.
