摘 要:随着导弹飞行速度、制导精度等的不断提高,导引头系统面临的力学工况也日益严苛。本文以导引头系统的重要主承力框架为研究对象,基于结构动力学理论给出动力学模型,并据此建立仿真数值模型研究其动力学响应特性,利用ANSYS开展模态分析、挂飞振动分析及冲击响应分析,给出结构变形、应力分布及其相关规律。结果表明,结构设计合理可行,对同类型产品结构设计和优化具备广泛指导意义。With the continuous improvement of missile speed and guidance accuracy,the mechanical condition of the seeker system is increasingly harsh.In this paper,the crucial main load framework of the seek system was investigated.Based on the theory of structure dynamics,the dynamic model was presented.Then a simulation numerical model was established to study its dynamic response characteristics.ANSYS was utilized to conduct modal analysis,flight vibration analysis and impact response analysis,in which the structure deformation,stress distribution and related laws were given.The results showed that the structure design was reasonable,which had extensive guiding significance for the structure design and optimization for the same type of products.
