摘 要:本文首先建立了导弹发射车起竖系统工作模型,对起竖系统起竖过程进行仿真,结果表明:起竖系统能保证发射架0°~75°平稳起竖,起竖过程中发射架受最大推力为110kN;随后对起竖系统撤收过程进行仿真,结果表明:撤收过程中,平衡阀阀芯不断的开关引起其控制压力波动,进一步引起液压系统流量与压力波动,造成起竖系统发生剧烈振动;最后提出通过增大液容、使用软管以及减小阻尼孔直径三种途径抑制起竖系统撤收时的振动,并通过仿真验证了三种方法的有效性。The model of the erecting system of the missile launching vehicle was established and the erection process of the launcher was simulated.The result showed that the launcher can be erected smoothly from 0°to 75°,the launcher is subjected to a maximum thrust of 110KN during the erection process.Then,the retraction process of the launcher was simulated.The result showed that during the retraction process,the constant opening and closing of the balance valve spool caused fluctuations in control pressure,and in the flow and pressure of the hydraulic system,which ultimately leading to severe vibration of the launch.Finally,it was proposed to suppress the vibration of the launcher during retraction by increasing the liquid volume,using hoses and reducing the diameter of damping holes,and the effectiveness of three ways was verified through simulation.
